At Barvel, we take pride in delivering freshly handmade protein bars right to your doorstep in Delhi. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.


๐Ÿ“ 1. Delivery Areas

Currently, we offer delivery within select areas of Delhi NCR only.
We are expanding gradually, and more localities will be added soon.

You can check delivery availability at checkout or confirm with us on WhatsApp before placing an order.


โฑ๏ธ 2. Delivery Timeframe

  • All our bars are made-to-order to ensure freshness.

  • Orders are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.

  • You will receive a WhatsApp message once your order is ready and out for delivery.

Delivery slots are based on availability and may vary depending on the volume of orders.


โ„๏ธ 3. Product Handling & Freshness

  • Since our bars contain no preservatives, we recommend:

    • Storing them in a cool place if consumed within 7โ€“8 days.

    • Refrigerating them to extend freshness up to 15 days.

  • Your bars are carefully packed to ensure hygiene and protection during transit.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: โ‚น30 โ€“ โ‚น60 based on your location.

  • Free delivery on orders above โ‚น999 (Delhi only).

Delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.

You will receive updates through:

  • WhatsApp messages confirming order status.

  • A direct message when your order is out for delivery.

Deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Unforeseen weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Traffic or logistical issues

  • High order volumes

Weโ€™ll do our best to keep you informed of any delays.


๐Ÿ“ฉ 7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address provided

  • No one available to receive the order

  • Phone number not reachable

We will attempt to contact you. If unreachable after two attempts, the order will be considered cancelled without refund, as the product is perishable.

A photo or delivery receipt will be provided upon successful delivery, where possible, for confirmation and safety.
