At Barvel, we craft fresh, homemade protein bars in small batches with utmost care. Because of the perishable nature of our product and our commitment to quality, we have a specific policy for refunds and cancellations.

🔁 Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a 1-hour cancellation window after your order is placed.

• Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing them.

• Cancellations must be requested via WhatsApp or by calling us directly.

• After 1 hour, we begin preparing your bars fresh — and cancellations are no longer possible.
  ⚠️ Why so strict?
  Because we do not store ready stock — every order is handcrafted specifically for you.

  💸 Refund Policy

  As our protein bars are fresh, handmade, and perishable, we do not offer refunds once the product is delivered — except under specific conditions.

  You will be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

  • Your order was damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • There is a missing item in your delivery

  • There was a confirmed delivery failure caused by our logistics

    ✅ How to Request a Refund or Replacement

    If any of the above issues apply:

    1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email.

    2. Share:

       • Your order ID

       • A brief description of the issue

       • Photos or video of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

    3. Once we verify the issue, we will either:

       • Send a replacement at no cost

       • Or issue a full/partial refund via UPI or bank transfer (if applicable)

    Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3–5 business days.

    ❌ Non-Refundable Situations

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

    • The product was not stored as per instructions

    • You changed your mind after the bars were made or delivered

    • You provided an incorrect address or contact information

    • The request was made after 24 hours of delivery
