1. General

Barvel is a small, home-based business offering homemade protein bars crafted in Delhi, India. Our products are made fresh upon order and are not commercially packaged food. Consumption is advised within the recommended period.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website.

2. Product Information

  • All our bars are homemade using premium quality ingredients.

  • We do not use preservatives or artificial additives.

  • Product shelf life is typically 10 days at room temperature and up to 30 days refrigerated.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our website or WhatsApp.

  • Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

  • We accept UPI and other digital payment methods (as listed on our checkout page).

Barvel reserves the right to cancel any order in case of invalid address, unavailability of ingredients, or any other operational reason. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

  • Cancellations after 1 hour are not possible, as we begin preparing fresh items quickly.

5. Return & Refund

Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our product, returns are not accepted.

Refunds are only considered if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • You receive the wrong product

  • Items are missing

  • Non-delivery caused by our team or logistics

📩 You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Currently, we only serve Delhi (selected areas) through local delivery.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 24–48 hours.

  • Delivery slots and availability will be confirmed post-order.

Delivery may be affected by external factors like weather, public holidays, etc.

7. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Misuse our website or submit false orders

  • Copy or distribute our content or images without permission

  • Use our name or brand assets without written consent

Any misuse will result in a permanent ban from our services and may attract legal action.

8. Allergies & Health Disclaimer

Our bars may contain:

  • Nuts (cashew, almonds)

  • Dairy (milk)

  • Peanut butter

  • Seeds (chia, flax, sunflower, pumpkin)

  • Whey protein
